Acceptable Use Policy

TheNetRoom services are intended to support legitimate business and personal online activity. This policy explains conduct that is not permitted when using the platform or related services.
Prohibited use
- Using the platform or purchased services for unlawful activity or to violate the rights of others.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data.
- Distributing malware, harmful code, phishing content, or other material intended to compromise systems or users.
- Using services to send spam, deceptive bulk communications, or messages that violate applicable communications laws.
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
- Interfering with the availability, integrity, or security of TheNetRoom or a third-party provider.
- Using domain or email services for fraud, impersonation, abuse, or deceptive activity.
Enforcement
Where misuse is identified, TheNetRoom may investigate and take proportionate action, which can include requesting corrective action, restricting access, suspending a service, or terminating an account where permitted by applicable law and provider rules.
Third-party provider rules
Domain registries, registrars, email providers, certificate authorities, and other service providers may have additional abuse rules. Customers must comply with those rules when using the relevant service.

To report suspected abuse involving a TheNetRoom service, contact support@thenetroom.com with enough information for the issue to be reviewed.
